We are run by PUHIT Kraków Sp. z o.o., a company of the Małopolska Region operating since 1952 — a local-government company that understands exactly how institutional and grant-funded work has to be documented. That means transparent settlements, full public-procurement handling, and the paperwork your project office needs, delivered without fuss. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
We have real experience of running collective accommodation at scale: we recently delivered a 100-place, EU-funded programme, completed on schedule. Prices
Rates are per person, per night, with all utilities included. Meals are available as a paid extra. For larger engagements we prepare an individual quote.

Rooms and bathrooms — please read
We offer single and triple rooms (triples can also be booked for two people). Bathrooms are shared — four bathrooms per floor riser. In the interest of full transparency for your beneficiaries and your records: there are no bunk beds and no private (en-suite) bathrooms. This is clean, functional accommodation suited to programme and institutional use.

The Rondo Hipokratesa tram stop is right by the building (trams 14 and 52, bus 501), with a direct tram line into the Old Town and Kazimierz. TAURON Arena Kraków is 4.4 km away. Our address is os. Złotej Jesieni 15C, 31-828 Kraków. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
